Beauveria Bassiana

Beauveria bassiana is a fungus that is used as a bioinsecticide in agriculture, thus it is useful for controlling pests organically.

A bioinsecticide is a natural substance derived from living organisms like bacteria, fungi, or plants, used to kill harmful pests instead of using chemicals.

Beauveria bassiana is biodegradable, eco-friendly, non-poisonous to humans and cost-effective. That's why it is an effective alternative to chemical insecticides.

Italian scientist "A. Bassi" while working on white muscardine disease in silkworms identified Beauverina bassania as the causal organism.

This fungus can spread widely in the soil & cause muscardine disease in insects or pests. Hence are useful in controlling various agricultural pests.

Bioinsecticide derived from Beauveria bassiana is useful in controlling pests such as aphids, thrips, mealybugs, whitefly, termite, etc.
