Peace lily is native to tropical region and is evergreen, perennial flowering plant that is suitable for indoor garden.
According to NASA, Peace lily can purify air toxins such as benzene and formaldehyde from the air.
You can easily grow this indoor plant in tropical climate. Spring is the best time to grow Peace lily.
Prepare potting mix with 40% garden soil + 20% cocopeat + 10% river sand + 30% any bulky organic manure.
10 to 12 inches sized pot with at least 2 to 4 drainage holes at bottom is ideal.
Bright indirect to low intensity sunlight is good for peace lily plant.
This indoor plant loves humidity, hence keep the soil moist but avoid over watering.
Once after every 40 to 60 days add a handful of organic manure such cow dung or vermicompost.
