National Bank For Agriculture & Rural Development prepared the model of the KCC scheme. Farmers can get a collateral-free loan up to 1 lakh rupees.
You can get Kisan Credit Card Loan from all Indian banks, regional rural banks and the co-operative banks by filing & submitting their application form.
Any farmer who is the owner and cultivator of the farmland is eligible for availing Kisan Credit Card loan to fulfill farmer credit requirements.
Application Form. Two Passport Size Photographs. ID proof. Address Proof. Proof of landholding duly certified by the revenue authorities. Cropping pattern Security documents for loan limit above Rs.1.60 lakhs or Rs.3.00 lakhs, as applicable.
The repayment period of the KCC loan mainly depends on the crop and marketing period. For up to 3 lakh rupees, loan interest rates vary from 2 to 7% per annum.
You can get crop insurance under Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY). Farmers can also get health & personal accident insurance.
