If you are a beginner in gardening & is looking for flowering plants that are hardy, and require minimal care, then you should start growing these easy to grow flowering plants.
Vinca also known as "Sadabahar" is an annual summer flowering plant. You can grow them in a wide range of soils. Vinca can bloom even without adding any additional fertilizers.
Portuluca popular as "9'0 Clock" or "Nau Bajia" bloom during morning hours from spring to fall. You can easily propagate them from stem cuttings.
However, hibiscus is a heavy feeder but can grow in a wide range of soils. They flower from spring to fall and perform well if fertilized every month with dung manure & onion peel fertilizer.

Sunflower is a summer flowering plant that you can grow in pots during summer from seeds. It can also grow in a wide range of soils & require direct sunlight.
Zinnias come in a wide range of colours and sizes. They are hardy and can thrive in sunny spots when planted in well-draining soil rich in organic matter.
Marigolds are known for their vibrant orange, yellow, and red flowers. You can grow them in a wide range of soils but avoid waterlogging or overwatering.
Gardenia popularly known as "Gandhraj" is not only easy to grow but you can plant them to feel its divine fragrance in your garden.
Crown of Throns also known as "Euphorbia" is a flowering cactus plant that you can grow easily in well drained sandy soil. They can grow with minimal amount of fertilizers.
Calendula is a beautiful winter flowering plant that you can grow easily from seeds. They are easy to grow & require minimal care.
