- Climate: You can grow Aloe vera houseplant in warm & dry climatic conditions where temperature ranges from 13 to 27o Celsius.
- Soil & Potting Mix: Well draining loamy to sandyloam soil is good for Aloe plant. You can prepare potting mix with 40% soil + 30% dung manure + 20% river sand + 10% perlite or cinder.
- Sunlight: Avoid keeping Aloe vera plant under direct sunlight as it can damage plant leaves. Keep this houseplant at a spot where it can recieve at least 6 hours of bright indirect sunlight daily.
- Watering: Avoid overwatering or waterlogging in the pot to avoid root rot in the plant. Water only when top layer of the soil becomes completely dry.
- Fertilizers: From February to the end of summer season, apply a handful of leaf compost or dung manure + 1/2 teaspoon bonemeal every month to promote good growth in the plant.
- Pests & Diseases: If black spots appear on the leaves, apply 2 grams of Calcium Carbonate to treat them.
