Cities have become hotspots for earning money but not health. In most of the major cities around the world air quality index is in red zone.
Since development of our civilization, we have cut large forest lands to build new cities filled with concrete buildings. The place where we are living today was once a part of the jungle.
Due to ignorance, our generation has started facing its consequences. Global warming is just one among those deadly consequences.
Rise in toxicity and air pollution led to high risk of stroke, ischaemic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer in humans.
We ignore these signs as we don't notice the big picture. Every year around 6.5 million people die due to air pollution.
What already has happened, can not be changed again, but we as a responsible generation can start taking small steps to bring a big change.
Pothos, Aloe Vera, Snake plants, ZZ plant, Areca Palm are air purifying house plants that NASA has suggested to grow in every house. These plants can remove air toxins from the air.
Hence, if not many, then you should keep at least these plants in your home for ensuring good health for yourself and the society in which you live and interact. START TODAY TO BRING THE CHANGE!
