agriculture review

Rosemary is a woody, evergreen herb with needle-like leaves that looks similar to a small pine shrub, but smells fragrant and spicy!
If you look closely, you will find that leaves are slender, dark green on top, and silvery underneath and grow in opposite pairs along the stem and feel slightly leathery.
They grow like a small shrub, are compact and bushy. Some varieties can even reach 3 to 5 feet in height under favorable conditions.
During spring and summer, the rosemary plant produces small flowers that can be purple, blue, or white in color and are known to attract pollinators.
Due to the presence of oil glands on its needle-like leaves, it release a distinct fragrance similar to a mix of eucalyptus, pine, and camphor when touched.
The fragrance of rosemary and its oil can help boost memory, reduce stress, promote hair growth, relieve headaches, and provide natural antimicrobial benefits.
Due to its strong flavor and aroma, rosemary is used in cooking to enhance the taste of soups, meats, and roasted vegetables.
Excited about the benefits of rosemary? Don’t be surprised — you can even grow it in pots on your terrace or in your backyard garden!
