India is the second largest producer of wheat in the world. Every year around 93,500,000 tonnes of wheat is produced in India.
Uttar Prdesh is the largest wheat producing state of India. From 2021 to 2022 around 33949.68 thousand tonnes of wheat was produced in Uttar Pradesh.
Madhya Pradesh is the second largest wheat producing state of India. From 2021 to 2022 around 22418.5 thousand tonnes of wheat was produced in Madhya Pradesh.
Punjab is the third largest wheat producing state of India. From 2021 to 2022 around 14821.94 thousand tonnes of wheat was produced in Punjab.
Haryana is the fourth largest wheat producing state of India. From 2021 to 2022 around 10447.21 thousand tonnes of wheat was produced in Haryana.
Rajasthan is the fifth largest wheat producing state of India. From 2021 to 2022 around 94834.08 thousand tonnes of wheat was produced in Rajasthan.
