Sikkim is the 2nd largest cardamom producing state in India. Around 5,240 tonnes of cardamom (19.77% of the total production) was produced in Sikkim from 2021-2022.
Nagaland is the 3rd largest cardamom producing state in India. Around 2,230 tonnes of cardamom (8.42% of the total production) was produced in Nagaland from 2021-2022.
Arunachal Pradesh is the 4th largest cardamom producing state in India. Around 1,360 tonnes of cardamom (5.13% of the total production) was produced from 2021-2022.
Karnataka is the 5th largest cardamom producing state in India. Around 920 tonnes of cardamom (3.47% of the total production) was produced from 2021-2022.
West Bengal is the 6th largest cardamom producing state in India. Around 820 tonnes of cardamom (3.09% of the total production) was produced from 2021-2022.
Tamil Nadu is the 7th largest cardamom producing state in India. Around 350 tonnes of cardamom (1.32% of the total production) was produced from 2021-2022.
Uttarakhand is the 8th largest cardamom producing state in India. Around 50 tonnes of cardamom (0.19% of the total production) was produced from 2021-2022.
