Here is a list of 10 protein-rich fruits that you can find in India. Protein plays a crucial role in building and repairing tissues, enzymes and hormones synthesis, etc.

Guava

Guava is a fruit rich in vitamin C, fiber, and contains approximately 2.6 grams of protein per 100 grams. India is the largest producer of guava in the world. 

Avocado
