India is the second largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 3,164,630 tonnes of garlic was produced in India. These are largest garlic producing states. 

Maharashtra

Maharashtra is the tenth largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 22,790 tonnes of garlic (Contribution: 0.71%) was produced in Maharashtra. 

West Bengal

West Bengal is the ninth largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 36,980 tonnes of garlic (Contribution: 1.15%) was produced in West Bengal. 

Haryana

Haryana is the eighth largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 39,860 tonnes of garlic (Contribution: 1.24%) was produced in Haryana. 

Orissa

Orissa is the seventh largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 43,490 tonnes of garlic (Contribution: 1.36%) was produced in Orissa.

Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh is the third largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 210,900 tonnes of garlic (Contribution: 6.57%) was produced in Uttar Pradesh. 

Rajasthan

Rajasthan is the second largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 539,180 tonnes of garlic (Contribution: 16.81%) was produced in Rajasthan. 

Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh is the largest garlic producing state in India. From 2021-2022 around 2,016,130 tonnes of garlic (Contribution: 62.85%) was produced in Madhya Pradesh.
