Tea is native to China & was discovered accidentally by Chinese emperor Shen Nung in 2737 BC. Tea leaves fell into the boiling water & the emperor loved the taste.
Today countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, China, Japan, and Taiwan are primary producer of tea leaves in the world.
Cultuvating tea is a complex and multi-faceted industry that involves many different players, from small-scale farmers to large multinational corporations.
At the heart of the industry are the tea growers or farmers, who are responsible for cultivating the tea plants and harvesting the leaves.
The tea plants need to be carefully tended to throughout the year, with regular pruning, fertilization, and pest control. The leaves must be harvested at the right time, and they need to be processed quickly.
Once the leaves have been harvested, they are typically processed into one of several different types of tea, including black tea, green tea, white tea, and oolong tea. Each type of tea requires a different processing method
