परिचय

Leaf compost, also known as leaf mold, is a type of organic matter that is created through the decomposition of fallen leaves. It is used to promote plant growth. 

Nutrient Analysis

Compost made from leaves mainly contains calcium, potassium, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorous, etc.

It has a crumbly texture that helps to improve soil structure & contains a variety of nutrients that are essential for plant growth. It is also a  is a rich source of beneficial microbes.

How To Use

You can use leaf compost for mulching. Apply a thin layer of leaf compost around the base of the plant. It help retain moisture, suppress weeds, etc.

Soil Amendment

To improve soil structure & increase nutrient availability for your plants, mix leaf compost with your garden or farm soil. 

For Seedlings

Use leaf compost as a growing medium for starting seeds. It provides a nutrient-rich environment for seedlings to grow.

For Potting Mix

Tto increase organic matter & improve water retention, add 30 to 40% leaf compost in the potting soil mixture.
