परिचय

Flowers not only add beauty to a garden but some of them are edible & have lot of health benefits. You can consume these flowers from your garden. 

कैलेंडुला

Due to their anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, you can use calendula petals to prepare salads, soups, or tea.

लैवेंडर

You can consume flowers as well as leaves of lavender. Use them to make tea & consume for treating vomiting, nausea, intestinal gas, upset stomach, etc.

गुलाब

Rose petals have been widely used in preparation of  syrups, jellies, teas, gulkand, etc. They are rich in antioxidants & Vitamin C. 

Nasturtium

You can use them as a garnish in salads or add to sandwiches for a vibrant touch. It can improve the immune system, treat sore throats, coughs, etc.

पैंसी

They are popular for antimicrobial properties & can help in treating arthritis, skin problems, asthma, high blood pressure, etc. Useto add colour & taste to salads, desserts, or drinks.

हिबिस्कुस

Flowers are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals & you can use them to prepare tea, consuming hibiscus tea can help improve heart health, stomach health, etc.
