This beautiful houseplant thrive well in warm & humid climatic conditions with temperature ranging around 18-27°C. Mist the leaves regularly during hot summer days.
Avoid overwatering but keep the soil evenly moist, overwatering can lead to root rot. You can reduce watering frequency in cold winter.
Well draining soil rich in organic matter is good for growing Pink princess philodendron. Prepare potting mix with 40% cocopeat + 30% leaf compost + 10% perlite + 10% river sand.
During active growing season which extends from February to September apply a handful of leaf compost or neem cake fertilizer once after every 30 days.
Keep pruning old & diseased leaves time to time and regularly wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust and maintain their vibrant appearance.
